How to store our oysters :
Fresh oysters should be firmly closed in their own shell. If your oyster has opened, tap it and it should close again.
Please discard if it remains open. Oysters should be consumed fresh and alive. Stored flat with the deep shell down in a cool,
well ventilated place, between 3°C to 6°C, they will stay fresh for a fortnight.
Enjoy!
